 Wendy Hulkowich, REALTOR, CDPE, ABR, SRES, Group Lead Agent: Wendy is originally from
Maryland. Raised in the DC area, the daughter of an independent insurance and real estate broker, Wendy graduated early from high school and began her business career in the insurance industry as an administrative manager. She also worked in the medical field managing physicians’ offices, doing physical therapy, and performing as a urologist’s office assistant. Wendy’s entrepreneurial spirit surfaced early in her life with the start of her own company managing the electronic filing of insurance claims for physicians. During these positions Wendy found time to raise 2 children, coach AYSO soccer, and contribute back to her community.
Wendy’s experience with real estate began in being exposed to her father’s real estate brokerage business in
Florida. Then, through a series of corporate moves, Wendy learned firsthand the buying and selling of homes under corporate relocation benefits plans, having moved 3 times using these programs. Her real estate career began in
Dallas in 2002 with Ebby Halliday, Realtors®, and in her first year of real estate sales and consulting, she closed 51 transactions for a total volume of $10 million. Her business has grown an average of 40% per year between 2003 - 2006, and she is now a top producer heading a Group with RE/MAX® DFW Associates, scoring consistently in the top groups of the company.
She is professionally coached by the largest real estate and lending coaching company in the
US, Buffini and Company, and has achieved top honors within that company. She is a sought after speaker for other real estate offices utilizing the same coaching and mentoring system, and is seen in the training videos by thousands of participants in the coaching company’s programs.
 Gary Hulkowich, REALTOR, CDPE, ePRO, Commercial, Investment & REO Properties: Gary is originally from Chicago IL. Raised on the south side, Gary graduated from Illinois Institute of Technology with a BSEE/Mgt Option in 1977 and has several MSEE level courses to his credit as well.
For the last seven years, Gary has been a commercial Realtor with The Hulkowich Group, as a partner with his wife and residential Realtor Wendy Hulkowich. They had been at Ebby Halliday, Realtors® until September 2009, when The Hulkowich Group moved to RE/MAX® DFW Assoicates in that brokerage’s Plano TX office.
Gary specializes in sales and purchase of multifamily, office, industrial, warehouse and manufacturing facilities, and leasing of office, warehouse, industrial and retail space. Gary also handles the Group's work in residential investment properties, foreclosures, short sales, and REO properties.
For the 13 years prior to becoming a commercial Realtor, Gary was a domestic and international business and project developer with Duke Energy, Illinois Power, and Panda Energy. He developed stand-alone wholesale electric generation facilities for the independent power industry in the US and for incumbent governments and electric utilities abroad in South America, Asia, and Australia.
Today, Gary maintains his involvement in the electric energy business providing residential and commercial electric energy and natural gas from Stream Energy by his participation as an independent representative with Ignite, Inc.

 Sibtain Raza, Client Services Assistant:
Sib was born in Pakistan and came to the United States when he was 12. He graduated from Creekview High School in Carrollton and is currently attending the University of North Texas pursuing a degree in Finance with a minor in Real Estate.
In 2008, he joined The Hulkowich Group as a Real Estate Intern and works in all facets of customer care and information and also handles much of the Group's marketing media preparation. He continually shows a positive attitude and is learning the skills necessary to become a successful Real Estate professional upon graduation.
